12:15-12:45pm, Lunch (box lunches provided
12:45-1pm, Load kits, clean-up and head home

Canned goods: Each participant is invited to bring a canned food item to donate for the food drive taking place at the Liacouras Center.

Bring: Energy and enthusiasm and a bottle of water, if you like. Please do not bring purses, backpacks, ipods, cameras, etc.

Parking: Temple Campus police will be around and directing folks so if you have questions, you may ask them. Remember, we are starting at the Liacouras Center and ending at Mitten Hall (just 2 blocks away).

* Temple is waiving the parking restrictions on Broad street between Cecil
B Moore and Berks which means you can park on both sides of the street.
* There is no charge at the metered parking since it is a holiday.
* The Liacouras Center and all Temple parking lots are reducing the price
from $12 to $8.
* There are many side streets with parking - watch for one way streets as
you look for them!

Registration: First step is to find Pat Geraghty in the Liacouras Center atrium. (Leaders should have her cell phone number handy to make contact.) Be ready to provide the name of your group's leader and a count of youth and leaders. Groups should be approx. 25 each. She will check you in and provide yellow "Mormon Helping Hands" hats. She will direct you to the "LDS Church" registration table where you can pick up your shirt (must be worn) and green wristband (which means you are a registered volunteer). Then we will gather in the seats in the arena.

Service project: We'll be assembling 1,000 arts and crafts kits for Cradles to Crayons, and 2,000 kits for shelters throughout our four-stake area. Your stake director of public affairs is handling the distribution of kits in your area. Instructions and supplies for the kits will be on tables at Mitten Hall. If you have questions, look for folks wearing red bandanas.

We are looking forward to an enjoyable day - with new friends, historical
moments and service to the Lord. Thank you for your support and participation. See you there!

If you have questions or need additional information, please contact your stake's Director of Public Affairs or Young Men/Young Women leaders.
